Deposits / Booking fees - still apply to be made (via website) £30 on colour appointment £10 on all other appointments (please note your appointment isn’t secure until your booking fee is paid)
Booking fee must be paid via website no other method of payment is valid. Cash on appointment for the remainder of your bill.
we will inform you when your booking fee is due. We will then remind you & then if no response we do cancel your appointment

Cancellations policy - 48hr or more your booking will be moved to your new appointment - should you wish to re book non refundable booking fee will be required upon booking (if not already paid)
Multiple charge of appointments- we have the rights to refuse service. Or full payment may be required which will be non refundable to secure your appointment.
booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE if you chose to cancel the appointment & not re book the booking fee will be lost due to loss of business.
Less than 48hr the deposit will not be moved to new appointment & will be lost due to lose if business
24hr notice or less the full appointment cost / value will need to be paid before re booking. & booking fee will be lost.
Amended appointments- Less than 48hr notice to cancel or amend appointment your deposit will be lost this includes illness & covid / weather conditions etc.
No show / cancelation on day - booking fee will not be refunded & not transferred to any future appointment. If you wish to re book we ask for payment in full payment for your missed appointment.
If you wish to reduce your service for example changing from cut & colour to just a cut & Blowdry 48 hours is required as this time is booked out to allocate your appointment. Full charge will still apply without 48 hours notice.
Gift vouchers - are non extendable & non refundable / valid for 12 month from purchase date / non refundable & no change given. Can not be exchanged for cash alternative.
Damage for items in salon & liability . Should you get product on item of clothing / belongings we will not be held liable. (Please wear old clothing to your appointment) damaged to our belongings / equipment etc - you will be liable for any damages if touching our equipment/ products etc.
If the salon is forced closed your booking fee will not be lost & Shall be moved to your new appointment. However if we are open we do expect you to turn up. Should we need to close we will always give you as much notice as physically possible. If it’s our error / needing to close the booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.

Shipping & processing - processing 3 to 5 business days (Wednesday to Saturday) normally delivery is 3/4 working days after processing .
Please allow 10 working days before raising an issue in regards to package not received . (Delays expected over holiday periods)
Missing parcels- must be reported with in 28 days of purchase or a claim can not be made.
Returns policy - Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days, After this time we do not accept liability for any damages. Should we accept any return the customer is responsible for the postage costs. (We advise to send recorded / tracked should it go missing you will be responsible for making the claim via your chosen courier) we would only refund the item cost only.
