It takes 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. After which the following delivery times apply. Deliveries do not take place on the Weekend/Public Holidays.
Delivery times are estimated and not always guaranteed. Standard delivery can take 2 to 4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email.
Please add stylettohair@yahoo.co.uk to your contacts to ensure that your tracking email does not go into your junk folder.
Also, ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order otherwise this will prevent you from receiving your confirmation and tracking email.

Returns and exchange policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygiene risks.

Lost or damaged deliveries
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us at and we will try our best to help.
We require customers to contact us within 14 days of expected delivery times. If contacted after this time frame, Styletto studio is no longer liable for the whereabouts of your parcel.
However, once the parcel has been handed to the courier Styletto studio is no longer liable and should there be any concerns you may be asked to contact the courier directly to solve the issue.

Shipping & processing - processing 3 to 5 business days (Wednesday to Saturday) normally delivery is 3/4 working days after processing .
Please allow 10 working days before raising an issue in regards to package not received . (Delays expected over holiday periods)
Missing parcels- must be reported with in 28 days of purchase or a claim can not be made.
Returns policy - Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days, After this time we do not accept liability for any damages. Should we accept any return the customer is responsible for the postage costs. (We advise to send recorded / tracked should it go missing you will be responsible for making the claim via your chosen courier) we would only refund the item cost only.
